Refund policy

At Wanderlust Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a flexible returns and exchanges policy to ensure your shopping experience is seamless.

Returns
1. Eligibility: 
   - Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
   - Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
   - Custom, holiday, outdoor markets or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Return Process:  
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at wanderlustjewelsutah@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
   - Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

3. Refunds: 
   - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
   - Shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee, based on the original list price, will be applied to any returned or exchanged products. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and restocking the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
   - Custom orders, holiday collection items, pop up market items, personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale" or “Sale” are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
1. Eligibility: 
   - Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the delivery date for the same item in a different size or an alternative item of equal value.

2. Exchange Process:  
   - To initiate an exchange, please contact us at wanderlustjewelsutah@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
   - Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

3. Processing Time:
   - Once the original item is received, your new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at wanderlustjewelsutah@gmail.com with photos of the damage, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Additional Shipping Information
- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.
- Return Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
