Shipping policy

At Wanderlust Jewels, we strive to provide fast, reliable shipping to all of our customers. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Shipping Carriers & Services
We offer the following shipping carriers and services for domestic and international orders:

• Domestic (U.S.):
• USPS First-Class Mail (Standard Shipping)
• USPS Priority Mail
• FedEx Ground/Home Delivery
• UPS Ground
• International:
• We do not currently ship internationally, but hope to add it soon!

Handling Time

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, handling times may increase slightly, but we will notify you if any delays occur.

Order Cutoff Time

• Orders must be placed before 12 PM (noon) MDT on business days (Monday through Friday) to ensure they are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes: We deliver to P.O. boxes via USPS only. FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
• Restricted Delivery Areas: At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:
• Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
• International countries due to customs restrictions
• APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Additional Information

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping service, but standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
